My name is Gary, ex-forces and founder of Motivational Fitness UK. I have worked out of a gym most of my life, it's my happy place. After completing my Level 2 Group Fitness Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer Fitness, I set up a bootcamp, and now based in The Gym Group, Sunderland. I started my fitness and weight loss journey nine months ago.

When I met Gary, I’d lost my motivation and had very little energy. Straight away he changed my diet and actually increased my calorie intake as he felt like this was the cause of the lack of energy. I saw results instantly and was back to training 5-6 times a week.

I train with Gary 3 times a week. A 1-2-1, 2-2-1 and a small group training session at the weekend. MONTHLY ROLLING PLAN - 2 week free trial

£9.99 PCM

A set of exercises for 3 days work in gym, based on body parts to train, with optional extra day for HIIT (mainly cardio).

This is updated weekly. You will log your progress on the FitR app so we and you can track and feedback.

There are 2 programs available:
Female and Male Advanced.

We are available to contact at motivationalfitness73@gmail.com to ask questions e.g. if your gym is not as well equipped as some, so alternatives can be offered to suit the equipment you have available.

TAILORED 1-2-1 PROGRAMME

£30.00 pcm

Our tailored 1-2-1 program let’s you really focus in on your goals.

Your bespoke programme will be created following a consultation over a call / web chat / WhatsApp, we will design a rolling monthly program to fit your needs.

The program will have 3 days of workouts, also an optional HIIT day.

You will log your progress on the FitR app, so we and you can track your progress.

There will be an opportunity for you to have a weekly/bi-monthly catch up to discuss how it is all going.

12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION

Our tailored 1-2-1 program let’s you really focus in on your goals within a twelve week time period.

Your bespoke programme will be created following a consultation over a call / web chat / WhatsApp, we will design a rolling monthly program to fit your needs.

The program will have 3 days of workouts, also an optional HIIT day.

We can set up a bi-monthly catch up to discuss how this is all going.

You may wish to think about a photograph at the start and end of this process, preferably in the same clothes to gain perspective of your achievements.

6 WEEK BODY BLITZ

£40.00

Our tailored 1-2-1 program let’s you really focus in on your goals and achieve results within a six week time period.

The program will have 3 days of workouts, also an optional HIIT day. Your programme will be updated on a weekly basis. Progress is logged on the FitR app.

After the six week Body Blitz your access to the program ends and we can discuss the next steps for your health and fitness.
